About

My name is Tara Danforth, a Certified Pilates Instructor through Peak Pilates.  My passion for Pilates has led me away from my life in Corporate America to a career in the Fitness Industry.  Having spent over 15 years practicing Pilates in my personal life, it was only natural to pursue this field for my professional life.  I LOVE sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients and watching them fall in love with Pilates.

I grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and attended Michigan State University.  After College I moved to Colorado where I met and married my husband and started our family.  When I am not enjoying family time, I feel best when I am active and I love that I live in Colorado the most breathtaking place on earth.
